Design and production phases progress in parallel to one other. Before the production begins designers and production team’s responsibilities are planned and shared with the investor. After the approval of the investor, production stage begins. Production team and design team moves in coordination. The core aim is to finish the project at the target time with the target quality and the target cost. Production phase contains the project's electrical, mechanical, and infrastructural activities.
Production phase is done in the shortest possible time with the maximum efficiency done by Balans' teams. By making design, building, marketing, financing, administration, and public sectors move in coordination most profitable projects are made.
Within the production phase daily activities are shared from the building site to the investor and a weekly report is presented to the investor.
